^Kogan nbn™ Month-to-Month plans
Subject to service qualification check. Kogan nbn™ is a data only service that provides you with internet access via the National Broadband Network or nbn™. It is not compatible with your home phone line service meaning you may no longer be able to use your landline (or existing phone number) for calls after you sign-up, depending on your technology type. Kogan nbn™ service may also impact or interfere with existing technology, devices or services at your premises including medical devices, alarms, eftpos machines, lift emergency phones and some email or fax services. Minimum monthly spend for month 1 is $127.90, $137.90 and $157.90 (i.e. cost of plan + $69 for modem). Minimum monthly spend for month 2 onwards is: $58.90, $68.90, $88.90. Total minimum cost excludes any additional costs for call outs when there is a missed appointment or where no fault is found or the $300 New Development Charge that is triggered when you live in a new development. You must connect for a minimum of one month. Recurring monthly plan fees are charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. You will be charged for using your plan from the point of nbn™ activation at your premises.
The process for installation of Kogan nbn™ will vary depending on the nbn™ service type available at your premises. We will inform you of the process for installation at your premises when you sign-up. If you require installation by an nbn™ technician they will need access to your home and someone aged 18+ must be home. If you do not own the property, you must obtain consent from the owner in order to have nbn™ installed. You are responsible for setting up your Kogan Internet Modem and your Wi-Fi network.
Kogan Internet Modem
The Kogan Internet Modem supports up to 50 compatible Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously. The modem will support nbn™ technology types provided by Kogan Internet. You will be required to purchase a modem for $69 when you sign up to this plan.
You will typically experience much slower speeds than the maximum connection speed available on your plan. You will experience speeds below the maximum available during peak times (7pm-11pm). For FTTB/N/C customers, if after connection your plan is not supported by the maximum attainable speed available then we will contact you with more information and provide other options. The actual speeds you experience will vary on a number of factors such as the nbn™ technology used to deliver your service, plan choice, location, internet traffic demand, our network, line condition, the number of devices connected to your network, modem type and positioning, Wi-Fi performance, in-building wiring, and the content you access. Changing your plan
You are permitted to change once per bill cycle. Your new plan will begin immediately. You will be refunded for the plan fee for the remainder of the month on a pro-rata basis and you be will charged your new plan fee calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the month.

Discount available to approved new Kogan nbn™ customers, subject to a service qualification check (‘Eligible Customers’) who sign-up to a Kogan nbn™ Silver Unlimited month-to-month plan ($10 off plan fees). Discount is applied months 1 until month 24 (inclusive) if you remain continuously connected (‘Discount Period’). Applied as a recurring monthly credit and forfeited if you cancel your contract or your Kogan nbn™ service. During the Discount Period, min monthly spend is $58.90 (for the $68.90 plan). After the Discount Period, min monthly spend is undiscounted plan fee. Must connect for minimum one month. Any charges for additional or excluded services will still apply. Fees from months 1-24 may include any additional costs such as call outs when there is a missed appointment or where no fault is found or charges that are triggered when you live in a new development.
