Kogan Internet’s response to COVID-19

The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and the public is our highest priority. In response to this unprecedented situation, we have implemented a number of measures to keep our customers connected and to help protect the health and wellbeing of Australians.


The nbn™ network is well-equipped to manage additional traffic during the day to support Australians spending more time at home, however, speeds may vary as traffic varies from normal patterns. For those working from home, the nbn co website has advice on how to make the most of your nbn™ connection. All Kogan Internet nbn™ services include unlimited data.


Kogan Internet is following the advice and guidelines of key government and industry stakeholders.


We encourage our employees and customers to follow the guidance of the Federal Government Department of Health on how to protect yourself and limit the spread of COVID-19 in Australia.


Keeping customers connected

To ensure our customers stay connected at this time, we’re implementing the following measures:

  • We’ll do our best to support any customer experiencing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19. If you’re unable to make payments, please contact us to discuss a range of flexible options available through our Hardship Policy. We want to help customers stay connected. Applications for financial hardship can be made by sending an email to customer.care@koganinternet.com.au with your name, account number, contact details and a brief description of the assistance you require or alternatively by calling 1300 010 400.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes and reduced customer care agent availability. Wherever possible, we encourage customers to get help online through our Kogan Internet Help Centre.
